FAQ’S

  • Nothing. This service is free and available for anyone who is need of a meal.

  • Clearwater with new locations opening in North and South Pinellas County soon.

  • A big part of our mission is to reduce food waste by turning good food that would otherwise be thrown away into chef-prepared meals. Thanks to our food donors, such as US Foods and Life Farms, our “Sustain-A-Bowls” are made entirely from fresh rescued ingredients! The food items that are donated each week vary depending on what our donors have available. Some weeks we may have plenty of chicken and other weeks we may have more beef. Our “Sustain-A-Bowls” guarantee that you’ll always have a choice of delicious food options.

  • Meals can be ordered and picked up at the food truck during distribution times. Have a look at our weekly schedule to see when Sustain-A-Bowl is in your neighborhood.

  • Sustain-A-Bowl focuses on serving healthy, gourmet bowls. We give you the option to choose between 2 different fresh and delicious bowls, with each week’s menu items changing based on the availability of ingredients.

  • We prioritize the health and safety of our recipients, which is why we do not utilize expired food. It's important to understand the distinction between various date labels commonly found on food packaging. "Expired" refers to food that is no longer safe to consume and should be discarded. On the other hand, "best by," "sell by," and "use by" dates indicate quality and freshness rather than safety. While these dates suggest the optimal time for consuming the product, it doesn't necessarily mean the food is unsafe after that date. 360 Eats adheres to rigorous guidelines to ensure we only distribute safe and wholesome food to those in need.

  • No. You may take as many meals as you need. Whether you have loved ones who cannot visit our food truck or find yourself needing additional meals, rest assured that Sustain-A-Bowl is here to lend a helping hand.
