What foods do we accept?
We accept any and all food, however, as we are dedicated to serving nutritious meals to our community, we prefer healthy foods that will make up a well-balanced diet. Those include:

Whole grains like brown rice, whole-wheat bread, pasta and crackers

Plant oils like olive, canola, soy, peanut, sunflower and corn oil

Fruits and vegetables

Unsalted nuts like almonds, cashews and peanuts

Legumes like chickpeas, lentils, black beans and kidney beans

Meats like chicken and fish
-
Low-fat Dairy
What if my foods don't meet the requirements?
If your food donation does not meet the health requirements of our meal program, no worries! We will be happy to collect it anyways and reroute it to a local food pantry. You are still doing an incredible service to reduce food waste and hunger and we appreciate it!
